What to upgrade?

Hello,
last week i've upgraded my GPU to GTX960 and i thought that i'll get higher performance, but i have problem here, it's maybe even slower.
Mainbord: Gigabyte GA-945GCM-S2L
RAM: DDR2 2GB 333MHz
CPU: Intel pentium e2220; 2,4GHz; 2cores
Power supply: Evolveo Pulse 550
My question is should i buy new CPU to this motherboard or new RAM? Or better wait for some money and buy everything better?

You really should upgrade the mobo and bits and peices, give me a budget and I will put the best bits together!

I think new everything is best at this point.

Well not everything.
CPU, motherboard, and memory, if thats your origenal PSU change that.
You could reuse the case, drives, and of course the new card.
This will probably also require a new OS.
