R9270. You will see a much bigger improvement right now.

Then again, it depends on what you use your PC for. For gaming, upgrade the GPU first. If all you do is video editing or music production, then the CPU.

What's your upgrade budget? And what are the rest of your specs including your power supply mfg / model? Also, name a few of the games that you want to play, and are you trying to play those games at 1080p @ 60 FPS or other?

I would definitely upgrade the GPU. Your CPU should be fine.

Where I live there's ASUS Radeon R9 380X for sale 10% off, and it costs 260 euros, and btw I don't really have an ability to buy stuff online, because I'm only 15 years old,and my parents are not really into that stuff, lol.
