Hello, I have a 6 year old computer that is still kicking it, but I just got a new 970 gtx graphics card to upgrade my 550Ti, because I am a BIG gamer. I know I need a new power supply, but do I need to upgrade any of my other components, still new to PC building. Thanks!

My Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k (Ivy Bridge)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Ram: Crucial Tech 16 GB (4x4GB)
MoBo: Intel DH67BL

Negative. You should be good for a while (a year at least) for playing games at mid/semi-high settings @1080p. Your next upgrade will be a big one (processor+mobo+ram) all together. So make sure you get a good PSU so you can use it later in your new build.
