So I want to be able to run pubg better mainly, buildings sometimes don't render for minutes, I only get 25-40 fps in some areas on all low.

I wouldn't choose a 3GB model for that game.

You might want try gaming at 720p. It may allow more eye candy.

A used i7 6700 could also be a good solution after you upgrade that 460.
