so I built my First PC about a 8 months ago, for around 400$
now I'm saving up for 1250$ upgrade and I'll but using Items from my old Build
I'll be keeping the: GPU and storage, The rest will be changed
so here's my current build
GPU: GTX 1050 OC Gigabyte
CPU: phantium 440
RAM: 8 GB
storage: 4 TB + 120 GB SSD (for system)
PSU: 430
mobo: H1101 Giygabyte
color theme: No specific color
so if you had 1250$ what would you do with it? considering you want it to be a B/W theme

in my case here's my build:
so I'm really focusing on the looks here, that's the issue, I really want a black/white look,
after 6 months from now, I'll be ordering the new pices. so I though I would see what your guys opinon here, so if I had 1250$ now I'd Upgrade the ( CPU to this, Mobo to this, RAM to this, PSU to this a CPU cooler to this and I'll be buying a 130$ monitor next to my house, 1080p 60hz 5ms 21 - 23 inch (forgot how much exactly)
there's around 125$ left, it'll will be going to the Shipping + New Case
considering I'm not near the USA, so the shipping might bite me alittle hard +
I wont be able to order a case b/c the shipping will cost as much as the item itself probably

NOTES:
1) u might relise some things are alittle over the normal Price FE: The ram, I chose that ram b/c as I said before, The White/black theme is super important + the CPU cooler I chose it not only for cooling purpeses but also the look. so yea,
2) some of you might be wondering "why dont I buy a GPU?" well as u guys know the GPU prices are a little high and overpriced, so I'll be waiting untill then
3) this is the same as (2) but I wanted to note that I might get a gtx 1050 ti becouse when I had a 2nd moniter it didnt handle me gaming + watching anime on HD so yea
-ty

EDIT1: forgot to monetion that I'm buying a this, It really gives a nice look when you put it behind the Desk + inside the case

You said you are buying 6 months from now. 6 months from now, Volta most probably would have been released, as well as Ryzen 2. Prices may have stabilized as well. Consider these.

CPU you choose is from 7th Gen, and with 8th Gen out, makes no sense to go for it unless it is much cheaper. 8400 is the better choice, or if you want OC potential, 8600k. If only gaming, i5 8th Gen is the way to go. If you want other alternatives, Ryzen 5 and 7.

The motherboard you choose is compatible with the 7600k, BUT you will need a BIOS update first before putting in the 7600k, so you need to borrow OR buy a 6th Gen chip first, perform the update, THEN put in the new CPU.

PSU is a good choice and well reviewed. CPU cooler can be cheaper, and since...

PSU is a good choice and well reviewed. CPU cooler can be cheaper, and since you mentioned Black and White theme, the H100i v2 from Corsair would be more fitting if you really want an AIO cooler.

Increase the SSD size, otherwise, it can fill up really quickly. 250 GB is usually the go-to nowadays.

Wait a couple of months and then buy, other than Ryzen 2 and Volta, I doubt much else would be released from Intel, so pick up your parts then after seeing the prices.
