Question What to upgrade

So a game I play a lot is fortnite because I'm really good at it.

CPU:AMD FX 6300
GPU:1050 ti
Motherboard:GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0

Both my CPU and motherboard are am3+ but i want a am4 CPU. I want particularly a ryzen 5 2600x my budget is 300$. You guys got any idea what motherboard and cpu I should get or maybe gpu instead of a cpu with a 300$ budget. Much respect!
