[SOLVED] What to upgrade?

Hello,

It's over 3 years since I bought my actual PC and sometimes I see lack of performance, especially in new games of course. Here's my specs:
MSI B150M Mortar, i5 6500, 16GB DDR4 2333 MHz, GTX 970 4GB, OCZ StealthXStream 600W.

What do you think should I upgrade first? I just want to spend as little money as possible

I thought about upgrading my CPU to i7-7700K because I won't have to replace motherboard in this case. Is this idea right or GTX 970 is too weak for this CPU?

No point in getting the K SKU I’d get the 6700/7700 whatever is cheaper unless it’s around 200 then I’d do a full platform upgrade
