I have been streaming for a while now and as soon as the streaming or recording starts i have about a 20fps drop in game.
The Main game im playing is rust. And averaging around 40 frames when i start streaming or recording.
I would really like to get this up to around 70 plus when recording/streaming.

Specs:
GPU: Rx580 8GB Nitro
CPU: R5 2600
Ram: Ripjaws 16gb 2666
Mobo: B450 Steel legend
I was thinking of upgrading my GPU to a 2060 super but have recently found that rust might be more CPU intensive so was wondering if a upgrade to a 3700x would be a better option?

What settings do you run Rust on?

Ideally you should move to a Ryzen 3600 and grab some faster c16 3600 memory...the 2600 is a lot slower than a 3600 in cpu intensive games and 2666 memory is too slow for Ryzen which really needs fast ram to run its best. The 2060 super would provide a nice boost over the 580 and provide the encoder benefits mentioned above.
