What tools to clean the dust of your pc?

Can anyone send me a link of a compressed air because there are plenty of different compressed air , I need it to clean out the dust of my pc parts like GPU, Hardrives, and bunxh of other dusts in my case.

And I should unplug the psu or keep plug the psu when cleaning inside your pc?

canned air is canned air, get the cheapest you can find.
this is how I clean my system.
shut down and disconnect all cables and cords to the PC
take PC outside on patio
open side panel
blow - get the fans, power supply, everything.
dust will go everywhere, hence outside
once all dust bunnies have been evicted replace side panel
return to desk and reconnect the cords and cables.

So I unplug the the cable of the power supply from the case right? But Isnt it suppose to help me to avoid static electricity build up?

Ideally you will ground yourself when you unplug the unit, do not let go of the case until you plug it in again.
keep one hand on the case (unpainted bare metal or screw) this will neutralize any charge between you and the case. when you are not connected is when the charge differential builds. this should not be the issue it was 18 years ago but better safe than sorry.

if you really want to be cautious you can plug in the computer briefly before blowing it out, plug it back in before replacing the side panel.
