What type dvd does the acer aspire 5733 use

My dvd's that I use on my home computer won't fit my acer aspire 5733 slot. which dvd's should I buy?

Acer Aspire 5733 is a laptop, and laptops use slim-line CD/DVD drives (otherwise they should be two inches thick, and require car-sized battery to operate).

Your best bet is to go with Acer and ask for replacement part, or look around at EBay/Amazon/etc. Here is the first hit on eBay:
