I have been told to get a blower to keep heat away from the ssd and as its a micro atx it would help with removing heat but i have also been told to get a after market reference card with 2 fans that disperse heat everywhere because they are more efficient. Not too sure what to do, please help.
Basically this style card(https://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-Geforce-GTX-1070-Graphics/dp/B01GRCYKZK/ref=zg_bs_430523031_4)
Vs this style (https://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-Geforce-GTX-1070-Graphics/dp/B01GRCYPE6/ref=zg_bs_430523031_5)

Solution
You can go for open design cooler.
with decent airflow of 2 intake and 2 exhaust fans, it will be OK.
Take a look at Fractal Design Define S case.
It has a lot of space while not being huge with first class support for liquid cooling options.
Define S nano will also work if you switch the MB for Mini ITX format.
as a side note, this one will do better job than the corsairs http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/Dt8H99/arctic-cooling-cpu-cooler-acfre00013a
If you have a budget for it, EK Predator 240 is way better option.

Well you have a few options:
1. Buy some case fans (if you can fit them in you're case)
2. Change the air flow.
3. Get a new case with more space like the NZXT Manta (ITX Case)

yea I agree with him on the AIO
also the NEX are trash. I gave a better PSU
also get a OEM 1070. those are 380 bucks at littlest. cheaper than reference
