What type of connector is this

I happen to pry out a DVD drive from my fujistu laptop which was bought about 5 years ago. I was wondering if this drive happen to be an IDE or SATA connection as it looks more like an IDE, but based on what i read 5 years ago should have been a SATA connection.

It's IDE. The connections on the SATRA laptop optical drives actually looks like a miniature version of SATA.

That is IDE for sure.

It has too many pins to be SATA, and I've never seen a laptop use SCSI, so it is IDE.
