What type of DDR3 RAM should I buy?

Okay so I'm planning to buy a 2GB DDR3 RAM. But I dont know what frequency of ddr3 should I buy. Sorry I'm new at this so bare with me. This is my specs. http://www.acer.com.ph/ac/en/PH/content/model/PT.SGH08.001

I don't know who set up your memory but the settings are whack.

It apprears you have 1333mhz memory at cas9 but it's running at 800mhz at cas6.....

??


What you need is DDR3-1333, 1.5v, 9-9-9-24.

Then you need to set the bios to run both sticks at those settings, not the whack settings your running now. You don't need fancy memory with heatsinks, what you have now does not have heatsinks.

I looked at crucial.com and they don't even list Aspire M1, only E1, M3, M5. You should call crucial and give them the numbers on the sticker on your dimms, they can find a match for you. Anything else is going to be a shot in the dark, it may work, it may not.
