what type of device for wifi hotspot??

need help.. need to put a wifi hotspot that have own ssid/password and can limit the ip address and bandwidth..

If you have quality APs they may have the capability for multiple SSIDs. Then using a VLAN to isolate that traffic back to the internet only is the best answer.
