So I know that people generally recommend getting a blower style card, but the temps are significantly hotter and there is less OC potential. So I was wondering if would be a good idea to get a custom gpu cooler and let the pc get a little warmer. Here is my planned build:

Hmm, you probably won't need to overclock the GPU to reach 60FPS at 2560x1440 for a good while.

The case has decent venting and you have a non-overclocking CPU. Really depends on if that heat can get out. Blower style are nice in those type of cases because it would be pulling outside are from the vent and heading straight out.

You can take those type of coolers apart and replace the thermal compound and pads to get a lot better temps out of them. Of course the founder's editions are more expensive though, so not sure that trade off is worth it this go around.
