What type of graphic card i need?

I have a Lenovo 7630AE8 with a Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz and Intel(R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) and I want to put a graphic card but I don't know what type of card

Looks like you have a 280 watt power supply and your system can only take low-profile graphic cards. You MIGHT be able to get a GT730 to work, but probably safer with a GT720. What is the intent here, because that system is not going to make for high-end gaming.
