What type of Machine for 3D modelling and Rendering, Suggest me.

I want to build a new Machine for 3D modelling and Rendering (Software 3ds Max). I have already GTX 970 4GB Video Card.
Help me for Rig a new Machine.

In order to do that we'd need a budget and ofc a lot of other things. Please follow up with this guide and stylize your initial post and post a follow up to generate an awareness to this thread.

What we may need as an additional information for your build is if you'd like the system to be within an office environment or at your home(or a home office) as the appearance and subsequent parts selection may govern the build. If you're dealing with clients and are concerned about daily turnover/recouping of investment then AMD will be a better budget build than Intel though Intel will net you the best returns after the initial heavy investment.

Are you confined to using only 3DS Max or are you including Sketchup with a Vray plugin and ofc Rhino...?
