My current monitor isn't the best and I want to upgrade it for something better soon so I did some looking and I ended up on two choices.

I found a good 1080p monitor for a good price:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-vg245h-24-led-hd-freesync-monitor-black/5591926.p?skuId=5591926&ref=199&loc=8BacdVP0GFs&acampID=1&siteID=8BacdVP0GFs-SudGhSw0MP4Yi.RLVZZ5eA

I was considering this until I looked at the TN panel type, it's faster than IPS (15hz but I hear it's a very noticeable difference) but the colors aren't going to be as good.

My other choice is this one:
https://www.amazon.com/LG-24MP88HV-S-24-Inch-Monitor-Infinity/dp/B01BX3FCJG/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1483333737&sr=1-1&keywords=LG+24MP88HV

Again, I was considering this, however gaming is priority no.1 and I really want a refresh rate above 60hz.

Gaming is my first priority and I'm not sure which monitor to go with, I prefer the 75hz refresh rate of the ASUS monitor and 1ms response time (I'm not sure about input lag for either) although, the LG monitor is IPS and the looks, in my opinion, are far better. However, I'm only going to face the monitor directly, not really any other position.

I'll go with whichever one better fits my use case.

Solution
GTG Response is very overthought and complicated; this meaning, the difference between 1ms and 8ms is barely noticeable. Therefore, you would really only use that super fast ms response in competitive games WITH a high refresh rate. Go for the one with the highest refresh rate.

I can see an option called free 2-day shipping (amazon prime) and the description indicates that it may speed up shipping and it's a free trial that can be cancelled. Contact amazon and ask them if it's available in your location, what are the additional costs and how long it will really take them to deliver the monitor. Maybe it will be much faster than 1-2 months.

Alternatively you can go for more expensive monitor like: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/aoc-g2460pqu-144-hz-gaming-monitor,3827.html
