I have a Dell Inspiron 3847 Mini Tower Desktop (Upgraded. See bellow) and the motherboard is a Dell Inc. 088DT1 Motherboard LGA 1150 Socket. I want to upgrade my case but I don't know what kind of standoffs I need for the board.

Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Motherboard: Dell Inc. 088DT1
CPU: Intel Core i5 4430 @3.00GHz
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 SC+
PSU: Corsair CX600 @600WATT
RAM: 8GB GDDR3
HDD: Seagate 1TB

Solution
Assuming you mean the form factor of the case, can you measure it? It seems like it might be a micro-atx board, but I'm not sure. Many ATX cases can fit a micro-atx board.

ATX: 12x10"
Micro-ATX: ~9.5x9.5"
Mini-ATX: 5.9x5.9

Use the info above to find a case that fits your form factor. What kind of standoffs doesn't matter, as long as the board does not touch the case.
I don't know about that particular motherboard, but many OEM's use proprietary boards that only fit their cases. If the mounting holes line up in your new case, you can just use the standoffs that come with it, or reuse the ones from the Dell. You might be able to measure your motherboard and see if it matches one of the standards. ATX are 12.0 x 9.6 and micro ATX are 9.6 x 9.6 inches respectively.

Usualy these types of motherboards are simply standard ATX but you won't be sure if you won't check. Some motherboards keep the standards but rarely, some manufacturers make their motherboards slightly different .the problem is in the holes where the screws go...You must look for matches otherwise you can't change the case... Unless you have the right instruments and you wish to drill out and fit your motherboard in the case

It looks like a micro atx from the photos of the board. That coupled with the limited 16gb of ram and 2 ram slots usually found on matx 1150 boards. One of the other issues you may run into is the i/o panel at the rear. Is it built into the case itself? (the hole cut outs for usb ports, audio etc at the rear of the motherboard).

A new case won't be set up for that particular pattern and you're liable to end up with a big square hole with some of the connection ports sticking out the back of the case. New motherboards come with their own i/o shield using a standard rectangular hole pattern for the frame of the i/o panel and custom cutouts to match the specific ports.

For instance in this image in the red box outline are the bare/exposed ports at the rear of the motherboard. Below it is the i/o shield which surrounds all those ports so only the ports themselves are exposed. That piece typically comes with the new motherboard. The dell you have may have a removable shield panel like that but it's not uncommon for oem's to pair a motherboard with a particular case where that i/o shield is built into the case itself rather than removable or transferable to another case.
