[SOLVED] What type of plug is this and how do I plug it in?!

Solution
Well, at the same time I can't carry the responsibility in case things get wrong. I am just another user with some lil' extended knowledge.
What would I do if i was you? You know, technically, if the molex-type adapter and the 4-pinned cable end fit with each other perfectly fine, and there is no liability, but instead there is mechanical stability when putting them one-into-each-other, I'd most likely just say 'screw it' and try it, because, I've seen molex-working fans.
But I still dunno what exactly did i see from the pics and vid, cuz I couldn't get image on better resolution & quality. Maybe if u showed a picture with directly showing how exactly this thing and the molex fit...
And, well 2 hours sacrificed may be better than...
well, i guess this means both connected to the motherboard
Probably this is just a spare connector.
No the first fan has a regularish fan connecter i disconnected the adapter and have that one plugged in RGB Works fan doesnt, the second one only the adapter style and molex exists.

At least I think I saw something like a female-to-female somewhere on the link you gave, cuz both sides (at least theoretically) have to be accepting 4 pins.
You can give a bigger picture of the things (cable+case) together, but I think I understood it.

Where exactly does that wire go to on the other end? Quite often there'll be a hub or switch in line to control fan speeds manually or even the RGB. Sometimes it's an either or cable, case fans (especially rgb) can have use for other equipment and you'd either use one plug or the other, depending on the hookup.

Where that wire actually goes is more important than what it is. Is there a hub or switch it might actually plug into on the case?

I couldnt find any spot but ill look again later and see what's up

Damn, karadigne may be right.
I don't see very well from the picture, but i am not sure if this is really a thing for a thing like molex to sata, maybe not. It seems like something smaller, for to connect with mobo, or in some other indirect way to the electricity.
In fact, if the case fan is already plugged somewhere and working, then this may be just something additional.
If it is an adapter-thing, you'd better ask a local shop rather than hurrying to order somethihng from somewhere.

Probably...but i have the feeling u still need some other opinion, too.
I am not sure I saw and heard perfectly well the things from the pictures and vids.
As i said (and i'm stopping repeatin it) if you can ask some of the locals in there, it'd feel better. If this is fitting with the molex, well, i guess things 'd be ok. I am not sure about the risks of frying something that karadine is trying to mention about, but if things are fitting perfectly, and u insist on going on, then do it with the molex-to-sata.

sadly i live in a rural area id have to drive like two hours to find anywhere wwith any computer knowledge

You know honestly, first of all Id never blame yall for it, second of all, the fans aint working any other way, third of all i need a new psu
