What type of port for a GPU is this?

Please be exact if possible. Im fairly certain its a DVI of some sort, just cant pin down the exact type. Thank you everyone for any help you can provide.

This webpage shows the various types of GPU ports. With that generic port it could be any type DVI depending upon how it is wired on the other side of the port. What is the exact model of GPU card?
