What type of ram is compatible with my emachines e527 laptop?

hi I'm using emachines e527 laptop with intel celeron 900 processor and 1gb ram installed with windows 7starter (32bit). I wish to upgrade the ram and came to know that its upgradable to 4gb max.
Searching for a compatible ram,

memorystock suggested

PC3-8500 DDR3-1066 204pin SDRAM SODIMM

whereas crucial.com suggested   

2GB DDR3 PC3-12800 Unbuffered NON-ECC 1.35V 256Meg x64

what should i go with!!
does mhz really matter with certain processors? pls help

Your motherboard has two RAM slots and it does supports a total of 4GB of RAM.
