Ok guys, so.. i have a question, i'm gonna buy new pieces for pc, but, the rams.. well would it be worth getting 16 gb vengence 1866 mhz or is it worth getting 8 gb 2133 mhz and save 100 dollars ? cause 16gb costs 210 $ and the 8 gb costs 110$.. and.. im planning only to build a gaming pc, and maybe in the future to use the unreal engine 4 or the cryengine.. nothink more, would it be worth saving 100 dollars? do i actually need 16 gb rams or i can easly get 8 gb rams with much more speed, 2133 and save some moneys?

EDIT: Not planing to game only at 1080p, but to 1440p too, should 8 gigs of 2133 or 1600 be good or should i take 16 gb?

For gaming 8gb is more than adequate, you'd only need more if you wanted to do a lot of video editing or hardcore database work.

No games use above 8 GB now-a-days. Also, 1600 MHz or 1866 MHz is more than enough for gaming (only if the price difference between these frequency sticks are very small, go for 1866 MHz, otherwise 1600 MHz is enough). Difference between 1600/1866/2133 is most effective in photo/video editing/rendering. 16 GB is must for these works. With 100$ difference it's waste getting 16 GB over 8 GB.

1080p or 1440p: Gaming in higher resolution depends on the VRAM (GPU memory) not the DRAM (physical memory). For 1440p, minimum of 3 GB VRAM is must for rendering the high textures and details in games. 4 GB VRAM is recommended.

Today you can find so many options. I'd choose the 16GB RAM, they are both 4 sticks so you are allowing your motherboard to maximise its potential - if you chose 8GB and you wanted to upgrade in future you would just be throwing money away.

Lol are you serious? Too bad that in my country, the cheapest motherboard for ddr4 is about 290$ and thats damn crazy to pay for just the motherboard..

Ddr4 is only commercially available in servers atm

My point was that theres no point future proofing the pc with more ram because by the time 16gb of ram can utilised by games , which will likely be a few years, ddr4 ram will be the standard so buying ddr3 now is redundant.
