What type of soldering iron do I need for the i9-9900k

I hear that the new i9-9900k cpu uses solder instead of the thermal paste I am familiar with. What type of soldering iron do I need for the i9-9900k? I have tried looking and cannot find any videos online for the installation of one of these. Do I need a certain wattage / temperature or do I need some other tool?

The solder is UNDER the heat spreader. The area between the heat spreader and the cooler is the same as always.

Only if you had plans to de-lid the CPU to get lower temps using liquid metal would you need a soldering iron. Which I am guessing your not. So all you need is thermal paste and a heat sink as usual just like kanewolf was stating.
