I just finished building my pc. It runs most games at ultra settings above 120 fps. cs go 360, fallout 200, gta 60 fps. What do u think of it? what should i upgrade in the future?

You need a bios update on Z170 boards for kaby lake chips. Also you dont need a Z board for a locked i7, I would get an H270 board. Why no SSD? I would at least get a small SSD for the OS.

Needs Z mobo to run that RAM at full speed

It's a bit overkill at 1080p. You could game on a 1440p display just fine.
