Solution
There are some challenges here. The PSU at 300W is gonna be a limit, and most likely it is not the highest tier for quality. On top of that, the A8 CPU will likely bottleneck the GPU as well. I would go with an upgrade to a GTX 750 for the GPU.

The 6 GB of RAM is fine. I would be tempted to upgrade the HD to an SSD, but it won't help for FPS in games.
You have this board MSI MS-7778 (Jasmine), its limitation is the CPU, best CPU you can get is this one AMD A10-5800K Trinity Quad-Core 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113280.

For the video card since your board has 1x PCIe 2.0 x16 slot you can get high end video card that PCIe 3.0 x16 sicne they are backwards compatible. Problem is you may have problem fitting video card inside your case and also you need to buy new power supply for it.

Also you should get dual channel PC3-14400 (DDR3-1866)

Thanks for answering and helping out :)

What does it mean the a8 will bottlneck the gpu?? and do you have any suggestions for a psu and? and also would a gtx750 fit in the case???

The bottleneck is the limiting factor for performance. In other words, the overall performance of the PC gets limited by the slowest piece of hardware.

In this case, the GTX 750 will be faster, and the A8 becomes the slower performing hardware, and gets bottlenecked.

I would get the measurements of the GPU, and open up your case, and see if it physically fits.

Ok, do you have any suggestions for a new processor or a psu???

Thanks :) Do you have any suggestions for a video card and power supply that would fit in my case?

Power supply - CORSAIR CSM Series CS450M 450W ATX12V v2.4 and EPS 2.92 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
its on sale now too http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139058

Video card - well you need to measure distance from the back of the case to the front, how much room you have. May need about 8.3-11"
Measure at the height where the PCIe ( black horizontal slot is ). That's where the card would go. Cost of the card maybe 90-200 bucks depending how much your willing to spend.

here are some options for the video cards

MSI Radeon R7 370 R7 370 GAMING 4G 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support ATX Video Card

MSI N750TI-2GD5/OC G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 270X 100364L 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

quickest r9, slowest of the 3 is the gtx 750

Would the gtx 750 be able to run games like bf4 and gta v at 60fps??

Well ill probably end up getting the r9 and the psu you suggested to me... is there anything else i need? I have to measure my case when i get home from work 😛

Ok so i changed my midn about the r9... would a gtx 970 mini be compatible with my pc??? i hear it is a good graphics card and it should fit in my case considering it is about 7 inches
