My PC at the moment can't handle recording and playing Cold War. I get about 110 FPS or so when I'm not recording and when I try to record it drops to about 70 FPS. I want to be able to play the game and record in high quality at 200 fps but I don't know what exactly to buy or upgrade. Here are my specs currently

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
Installed RAM: 12.0 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1070ti

This is all i know I don't know much about computers so if I'm missing something important just let me know and I'll try to find it. I just want to know what I need to buy any help appreciated

Here's an example of video card prices atm. This card for example would get you over 170+ FPS @ 1080P with everything turned on high if paired with the i5 11400 + 16GB of RAM. You'd want a 650 watt power supply for this card such as Seasonic, Superflower or a mid to higher end Corsair. Also make sure you have an Nvidia G Sync compatible monitor so you don't have tearing issues.
