What upgrades for christmas?

So I was thinking about upgrading my graphics card again to a rx 470, but I think there will be a huge bottleneck. This is an old prebuilt system i've been upgrading and I think i need to upgrade my cpu to either an i3 6100 or 860k, and RAM to DDR3 (yes its DDR2), and my motherboard to an ASUS Micro ATX DDR3 NA A68HM-K(if I don't get the i3). So the big question is, RX 470 or these upgrades?

Current specs: Phenom iix4 965 BE
RX 460 (MSI 2GB)
6GB DDR2 RAM

860k might just come close to fulfilling needs of Rx470 so guess which other option is better until Zen at least.

6100 would be a much better option. The bottleneck will be minimal with 6100/rx 470 combo
