What upgrades should be made if any at all to my System?

So with Christmas (and my birthday) coming up I wanted to know if my Build needed any upgrades to perform better and what those parts were and the best replacements for them. My build becomes a year old in January and I know I need a few upgrades. Thanks for the help before hand and happy holidays

You could upgrade to a R9 290X or a GTX 970.
