What upgrades should I invest in?

I currently have a sluggish build (I code named it 'The Brick') That I want to upgrade. The current specs are:
Standard ATX Antec Case (couldn't find more info)
Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.0 Ghz
ASUS GT 640 2GB Graphics
Seagate 1tb HDD
Seagate 1tb HDD
MSI Motherboard (couldnt find more info) (pretty bad lol)
3 GB DDR2 RAM (mixed brands)
550 Watt Megapower PSU (may be slightly faulty)



I was thinking of upgrading my PSU, MOBO, and CPU. Suggestions?

You need to upgrade more then your MB, CPU and PSU. you also need DDR3 Ram. I would also recommend a new GPU for any type of gaming, that one is not very strong at all. But what's your budget?

Agree short of maybe the case and hard drives you really need to upgrade everything else.
