What upgrades would be better for gaming?

I'd like to ask what upgrades should I do that would be worth it.

My current build is

Amd 5500 trinity quad core 3.2 ghz - CPU
MSI 7778 Jasmine Motherboard
Gtx EVGA 750 TI FTW Edition Gpu
8gb 1600 mhz Crucial RAM
500 Watt CX Corsair
6 High Quality LED Fans
Corsair 230 T Case
144hz Vg248qe Asus Monitor


Just wondering what would be better and worth the money. Future proof also!
Will buy a 212 EVO Cpu Cool
and upgrade my psu !

1st : i5 4690k 3.5 ghz CPU - $230
Asus z97 A-ATX Motherboard $155

2nd: Fx-8350 4 - 4.2 ghz CPU $150
ASUS M5A99FX PRO Motherboard $125

3rd: i7 4790k CPU $370 or i7 4770 $300
Asus z97 ATX Motherboard $150

any other suggestions? I will be upgrade my gpu later but I want to upgrade these first because the one I have right now are really bad..

i5 4690k with z97-A is fine if your budget can reach that. Anything beyond has diminishing returns if you just gaming.
FX 8350 route is good if your budget can't reach Intel i5 4690k.
If you not an overclocker on the cpu, then a locked i5 4660 with a H97 motherboard will be fine.
