What UPS/AVR do i need with these things i plan to plug into them

i will be needing an AVR or if i can get enough dough a UPS but what should i get with the following that i plan to Plug in

1) Desktop PC with 750w PSU
2) PS3 slim
3) Vizio 23" LED FHDTV

im going back home to the Philippines in asia and blackouts are not uncommon and the standard outlets are 220v not 110v so i need either an AVR or even a UPS with 120v connections

any suggestions?
