I live in India and in here there are 2-4 blackout each day for 30 minutes to almost 1 hours. What UPS should I buy that could last long for 5-10 or at least till I shut down my pc? I got 750w psu, a gtx 1080, ryzen 5 1600 (Not OC)

Solution
If you want to support your PC while gaming, you probably need to support 350 to 400W. You should use the charts that are available on the UPS manufacturer's website apc.com, for example. Put in the wattage and it will tell you runtime. For 10min my guess is a good 1200 to 1500W unit.
Measuring actual power usage would be the best first step to sizing your UPS.

You really just need one that can support the FULL load off your system length of time it takes to do an automated shut down..

To figure this out you 1st need the watts use a psu calc to get this..

Then take that number and enter it here to get your best ups size..

I agree with you on an automated shutdown. My previous experience with posters from India is that the UPS products available, don't have a serial or USB port to initiate an automated shutdown. If the OP can find one with a USB port that can trigger an automatic shutdown then that is optimal.

Not sure about local situation, but I saved a lot of $$ by getting a used shell without a battery off ebay. Paid $40 (shipping is way cheaper
without the battery) it's an apc and most of them use generic motorcycle type batteries, $20 at the local auto parts. So for $60 and 10 min. of work I had 1000W ups with brand new battery, saved $210 off amazon's current price..
