radeon xtx 7900 speedster
i9 13900k
32 gb ram

all i want is to be able to get more than 20 seconds to shut down myself, and i live in a place with daily power cuts

With that system, you need to measure the actual usage. Get a meter similar to this -- https://www.amazon.com/P3-P4400-Electricity-Usage-Monitor/dp/B00009MDBU (US model) and measure your actual use while gaming. Then use the charts on APC or Eaton website to size the UPS. My guess is you will need 2000VA.
