Question What video card i ca-n run on pic express x16 2.0 and a Intel cote 2 quad Q8300 2.50

I would say maximum 1050Ti or RX570 if the price is similar in where you live i would get RX570. Anything above would get totally bottlenecked by CPU

Baybe a 750 ti or rx 460 If you are on a budget, but i believe a 1050 ti would be a bit overkill for a lower end core 2 quad

Depends on game, on YouTube paired with 1050Ti Shadow of tomb raider runs like 100% CPU and 95-100% CPU but with battlefield only 70%~of GPU is used due bottlenecking CPU

WoW is nore driven on CPU then GPU so not much will be gained without upgrading CPU
