What video card its the best to buy for this build and what PSU i need

ok so here my build

CPU:i3-530 2933MHz
Motherboard: Asus P7P55D LE
Motherboard Chipset:Intel Ibex Peak P55, Intel Ironlake
DIMM2: 2x2GB kingstom DDR3 Hyper x
Current Video: Nvidi 210 512MB
Monitor: ACER p223w
PSU:420W unknow mark
Hard:500GB 7200RPM Sata-II

For now i'm really looking forward to buy the 660 (non ti) one but i'm not very sure and gonna buy later on 2x2GB more ram i'm really low on budget so these are the only 2 thinks i can chage for now and the PSU beacuse i will need more W to power on this video so can you tell me what its the best chose for video and PSU for this computar if you ask for how much i can spent around 200$ and to inform you that 660 its 150$ here so its leave 50$ for PSU(Country:Bulgarian)

Ok. You could get a bottleneck at that RAM even with a 660. I would recommend a RAM upgrade before GPU, considering most modern games will have troubles with 4 gb.

ok so i buy more 4 gb just ask its must to be the same model to work with this one or they can be other model and 1x4gb or 2x2gb?By model i mean to be kingstom hyper x or it can be some other ram i know it must be ddr3 on 1333Mhz

Mostly gonna play ST2 Tera Aion WOT LoL

It can be a different company, but it should have the same speed and cad latency. All PSU made by sea sonic are good.

2X2 GB because the memory is dual channel, so it works better in pairs. I would say 650W.

damn the 650W are realy hight price arount 70,53 or more and my video its 211,60 and i'm not taking the ram price(btw i have 282,13 to spend) so its gose 282,13 the money i have to spend so i will wait the 4gb ram for later
