What video card should i buy?

I want to upgrade my video card because the one that I've got right now is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 and I would like to play modern and upcoming PC games like Battlefield 4 at medium resolution and settings for about 109 USD maximum if it's possible, I can't spend more.

But I would like to know if I can get another video card for the same price and that performs better.

Specs of my PC:

i3-3220 (3.30 GHz)
8 GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 620

I think I also need to upgrade my power supply because I belive that my current power supply is of 300W only and I need minimum 350W I think but one friend told me that he's got adaptable power suplies and that he can give me one.

Finally I live in Spain and I've seen that in NewEgg there are better prices than the computing shops here in my city so I think that is better to buy it at NewEgg and replace it by myself (I've never done this before but I think is not too difficult right?)

First of all Newegg only ships to canada and the USA, so your going to need to one of those companies which you ship your products to in the US and then they ship it internationally for a fee which could be pricey.

Secondly, $109 isn't enough to play BF4 on medium nor will your processor handle a GPU that could play BF4 on medium, you'll just get bottlenecked.

Your PSU is also no sufficient enough to handle an upgrade

really sorry for the bad new however, you can save up alot more money and make a more proper investment

Take into account the resolution he is at 1280x1024
BF4 wasn't ment to be played at this resolution and doing so can prove difficult for certain features that are fixed at 1080p

But he says that he usually plays at a 1600x900 resolution and I'm happy with that resolution.
