What video card will not be bottlenecked by 2x Xeon 5470's

What is the best video card that will not be bottle-necked by these.

I have a brand new 5970 and a Mar 760 sitting on my shelf was just curious how badly they will bottleneck.

If you already have the cards and the PC, try them out and see. Keep in mind, I don't think any games will utilize dual CPUs, tho. Both cards are about equal in performance, with the dual GPU HD-5970 having an edge if the game uses crossfire.
