What video should i get 150$?

ok i just bought a e8400 3 ghz and i'm wondering what video card can i get under 150$ that's best for fps games.I don't do overclocking so keep that in mind and my resolution is 1440 by 900 >,.,< its a little 16 inch monitor.Any help welcomed
