What voltage should I use to overclock my I7 7700K?

I'm wondering what voltage I should use to overclock my I7 7700K to around 4.7Ghz?

Rig:
- Intel - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
- be quiet! - Silent Loop 120mm Liquid cooler
- MSI - Z270 TOMAHAWK ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
- Corsair - Vengeance RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
- Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB
- Asus - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB ROG STRIX Video Card
- EVGA - G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular Power Supply
- NZXT S340 Case

All chips are different, just trial and error and as low as possible to keep it 100% stable.

How much volts should I first try? And how will I know if its stable or not? Will it not boot if its too high/low? Will the temperature be too high?

What is the voltage under load now? What are the temperatures?

Going to have to start with a baseline somewhere.

A 120mm radiator probably won't get you too much farther than your target in terms of temperature.

There is no real answer, but for 4.7Ghz 1.3 should do it, if not, and as long as temperature allows, you can increase the voltage up to around 1.4.

You need to stress the CPU after overclocking to make sure it's stable and if it is then decrease voltage a bit and stress it again. When it fails the test then bump the voltage back to the last stable one and stress sest it again. From their I would add 0.02 more volts to keep it stable.
That is why I said their no true answer to your question.
I use OCCT to stress test.

if youre going for 5ghz id say 1.375 or 1.38
