What Voltage/Wattage Power Supply Should I Get?

Hello, I *may* be upgrading my old Dell Vostro 400's video card, and I need to know if I need to get a new power supply.

Current Components:
Power Supply: Delta Electronics DPS-300AB-26A (300W I believe)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 Conroe
Motherboard: Dell 0RN474
RAM:
Type: DDR2 SDRAM
Sticks Installed: 3 (2x 1GB + 1x 2GB = 4GB)
Video Card:
OLD: Foxconn 8600GTS-256N (GeForce 8600 GTS)
NEW: ASUS ENGTX550 (GeForce GTX 550)
Hard Drive: WDC WD2500JS-75NCB3
(If I left something out, please tell me and I will get that information.)

That should be enough power for your system if you are not overclocking, if you are going to be overclocking, get a 400W...

Really depends on what GPU you get. 430W will suffice but if you want say a 7870 XT then you will need minimum 500W. Make sure to get a quality supply like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151074

That GPU doesn't require much, if any power, so that Seasonic 430W will suffice.
