What wall jack is this?

I'm just wondering what wall jack this is, and if it is a Ethernet one what kind of Ethernet cable I would need?

That is not an ethernet jack. You can see the small cable coming up from the floor to that outlet. It MIGHT be a speaker outlet or a phone outlet, but I can't find a definition of that port.

I've never seen a wall jack like that.
