I know that picking my components and building it is cheaper than buying it from a company but what warranty is there in the machine if something happens to it what do i do thats something that has been worrying me a lot? I know each component has a warranty but how do i know what is not working. Should for this matter consider origin pc? BTW i wont be building ill be paying micro center for them to put it together.Gaming pc(Hardcore)

You need to debug what is wrong first. Then if you know something is dead, then you have the warranty of the part itself from the manufacturer. Of course, there are ways to void your warranty on any part.

When you build your own PC, you don't have a warranty that covers everything. However, the manufacturers of the individual components you buy have their own warranties, and by law, they have to honor them. For instance you buy a power supply from PC Power & Cooling. They have a warranty that is good for seven years. If something goes wrong with your power supply, you contact PC P&C and put in a return merchandise authorization request (RMA) and they will send you a replacement.

Most store warranties are completely worthless however, and from my experience - they usually send the parts back to the manufacturer anyways. If you buy a store warranty you're paying for a false sense of security.

Actually it's the opposite - it's less PC but more warranty. Building your own, more PC for far less money than you would be spending with a big box vendor. You don't need to worry about the warranties - as most manufacturers cover their own warranties (and there's very few that don't).

Personally, I would spend an afternoon putting it together myself, and spend that Microcenter money on taking someone out to dinner.

Build myself, have someone else build the parts, or Origin PC?
No contest (for me) - Sit on the living room floor and put it together. Just like I did with the last 4 non-laptops. 3 in the last year.
