What water cooler should i get?

I have the pentium3258 and i am using the stock cooler I would like to upgrade to a water cooler but i dont know which one it must be able to fit in the case corsair 250d and should be 100% worth the price.
I would like to overclock it to 4.4 ghz and still have temps under 70c
Dont forget it must be under 100 dollars

Remember there are no guarantees that you will be able to OC to 4.4 ghz. While its possible if you are unlucky it might not be possible
