What Wattage PSU should I use?

I'm trying to build a custom pc and i cant choose the right PSU. Here is my list of components http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jYnqNG Can someone tell me what wattage PSU i should get? This is my first build, all answers are appreciated. Thanks in advance

A branded 450w or above will be absolutely fine, you could get away with 300w but its not worth saving a few pennies over

A 450W PSU will suffice. Get one from Tier 1, 2A or 2B www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Check out the Seasonic S12ii 430/520W. At Newegg the prices are same I think.

Generally, Seasonic and SuperFlower PSUs are excellent (both can be branded as themselves, or re-branded by others).
