I'd say 650 or 750... At peak load, the 290x and you CPU and MoBo alone will probably draw 500... figure another 100 between HDD/SDDs, fans, RAM, etc... plus a little breathing room.

I say 650 or 750, depending on your personal comfort level. I like to err on the side of uber caution, and would go with 750.
