Hello,

So basically I have 3 different brands of RAM, all containing 2x4GB DDR3-1600.
I have the following ones:

I have 2 PC's and I was wondering what will be the best config. For one PC (my main pc) I want the best 16GB RAM combo possible of these three brands. For the other PC (I don't use that often, only for old games) I want a single brand and therefore only 8GB RAM.

So my question is, for the 16GB RAM config, what would be the best combination?

It would be very nice if someone could help me and it will be much appreciated.

With kind regards,

You mean not the third one?

Yeah I did some research in the mean time and came to the following insights.
The corsair vengeance is CL9@1.5v, the Kingston is at CL9@1.65v (will automatically downclock to CL11@1.5v when paired with slower RAM) and the G.Skill is CL11@1.5v.

So I can go for the slower possibility but probably safest, mixing the G.Skill with Kingston and this will run at CL11@1.5v, I also tested this and it works.

But the best is indeed to mix the Corsair vengeance with the Kingston who run both at CL9, but is it a problem to run one in 1.5v and the other in 1.65v?
