what will be the best z97 motherboard under 10k for intel core i5 4690k....
no need of any crossfire/SLI...
it should have 8 channels audio and some usb2.0 and usb3.0 ports in the back panel...

Wow, seriously! you post a title saying motherboard below Rs. 10000 but bought a board for Rs. 13500.
For around Rs. 14000 you could've bought a Gigabyte Black Edition motherboard that comes with 5 year warranty.
Anyway don't you worry what you got is a good board.

Usually, ASUS and Gigabyte trade blows, compete for top spot in the motherboard sector. But in recent times ASUS performance has been a bit disappointing. If you see the chart I've posted in my previous comment, it has gone from bad to worse, losing its 2nd position to MSI. Recent times MSI seem to have improved a lot in terms of reliability, has move up the ladder and taken 2nd spot.
