[SOLVED] What will be the Hardware specification for Deep Learning research?

I need a Desktop computer for Deep Learning research work with large datasets. The models of Deep Learning may be huge and complex, so they may need heavy computations. My budget is INR 250000 i.e., USD 3600. To build the machine from scratch, what will be the recommended parts i.e. CPU, GPU, RAM type and size, Motherboard, HDD/SSD etc? Mentioning the producer names of the parts will be more appreciable.

A threadripper with just two DIMMs is an inefficient build. Threadripper is a quad channel memory controller design. You want a set of four matched DIMMs. If you want 32GB get a 4x8GB set.

@Hellfire13 , still not optimal. A single four DIMM kit is what is best. That way the four DIMMs are guaranteed to work as a set. Two sets of two DIMMs each are not guaranteed to work as a set.

A single kit of 4 is 3 times more expensive than two kits of the same specs. Being identical duplicate of the same kit, it has more chances of working together than otherwise.
