Will i suffer bad things like tearing/stuttering and god knows what else ? Perhaps its silly question but it really bothers me and i cant find good answer for it

EDIT : Well ... im concerned about display without gsync ( freesync is not an option unfortunately ... )

No there are no adverse effects with normal 144hz.

However some games do not like 144hz. The first game I tried on mine was Skyrim. If set to 144hz (vsync is always on in this game) it makes the physic engine freak out. I am going to assume any game that relies on 60hz hardware will be affected. Dark Souls: PTDE uses an artificial limiter to lock it at 30 FPS so it is not affected. Really depends on the game, but if unplayable because of 144hz, you can always turn it down to 60hz if needed or use an FPS limiter (i use the one built into bandicam since I always have it running) so you don't have to go through the hassle of changing the refresh rate all the time manually.
